
Chair yoga is designed for EveryBODY no matter your skill level, you will benefit from joining us. Chair yoga is a class that is practiced either sitting or using chairs for support in various postures, designed to mindfully increase range of motion and improving balance while meeting you right where you are. Chair yoga is totally accessible, and we can tailor any pose to your body, so if you have been hesitant to try out yoga or don’t want to get up and down off the floor then check out this class. Chairs are provided at the studio, but are limited, so reserve your spot
